Most of Zelda’s buying clients are foreigners who require property management for their investments. She handles a wide range of properties, from Art Deco Studios to luxury condos, penthouses, and villas. With her extensive knowledge of the Miami rentals market, Zelda can assist with various rental requests. She has received excellent ratings on Zillow and boasts close to 300 positive reviews online.

Recently, Zelda launched Zelda Rents Miami, a platform exclusively dedicated to rentals in Miami. It focuses on the markets she specializes in, including South Beach, Midtown, Edgewater, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables.

Prior to establishing The Freud Group, Zelda served as the Human Resources Director at RF Binder Partners, a top New York Public Relations agency, where she managed a team of over 100 employees. She holds Master’s degrees in Human Resources & Psychology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and Media Studies from New York University.

Born in Italy, Zelda has lived in Milan, Paris, Panama City, Geneva, and New York.

A French native who relocated to New York in 1999, Michael brings a wealth of hands-on experience as a Realtor and investor. From luxury property transactions, multi-family commercial real estate, to multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio management in both New York and Miami. Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to start the Happy Livin’ venture, investing in residential buildings and homes transformed into stylish furnished rentals under a unique brand and identity, primarily targeting millennials.

Passionate about real estate, architecture, and soccer, he holds a Master of Science in Sports Business. He also has a degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the prestigious New York University (NYU). Additionally, Michael possesses a FIFA Player’s Agent License, enabling him to develop a robust network among professional athletes in Europe and North America while gaining a unique understanding of their needs, requirements, and expectations.

Since his move to Miami in 2009, Michael has been a resident of Brickell, embracing the vibrant community.
